The Office of Broadcasting and Television of Benin (ORTB) is an open foundation with social, social and logical character enriched with good identity and monetary independence. The ORTB is under the regulatory supervision of the Ministry of Communication. It is going by a Board of Directors whose individuals are selected by presidential pronouncement. The Board of Directors is vested with the broadest forces to act in any conditions for the benefit of the Board inside the breaking points of its corporate reason.
