Education FM 99.7 Mhz began its activity in 1998, due to the need to provide Ciudad del Este with a means of radio communication dedicated to young adult audiences, with a varied and attractive musical program of a growing city. The idea arose on the part of the directors of the Gimnasio del Saber School, where the studios and radio transmitting plant are currently located.
