Angel Radio

Angel Radio is dedicated to providing a full radio support 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, particularly for persons aged 60 and over who live in the Borough of Havant. Striking nostalgic enjoyment in the form of music, humour and memories from the many years 1900 to 1959, together with present information regarding health and fitness, diet, pensions, etc. and stimulation in the form of reminiscence treatment for mental health, and dance and physical exercise for physical health, accentuate the good aspects of old age for the 29,000 older individuals who live within the area. The station produces a sense of benefit and self-worth for staff and viewers and gives a speech to a section of the neighborhood who are often divided and generally undervalued and underserved by the press.
